Welcome to Episode 50 of The Marketing Drive with Chris Doelle.

The results you are getting are the results you are getting because of what you are doing. If you want things to change you have to change them. When someone is not best suited to do a job they will produce the lower quality results than someone who's trained in the job they are doing. Sometime this means outsourcing or re-tasking employees.
