We head into week seven of the high school football season. The teams around Houston are deep into district play. Week six around Houston saw a few teams get statement wins. Marc talks about several teams who made the big plays that lead to wins or won in overtime to stay afloat in their perspective districts Each week Marc gives shoutouts to players who had standout performances. Here are the Third Coast Gridiron Grind N Shine players for week six: Kenneth Robinson - Clements Patrick Overmyer- Kingwood Park David Amador II - North Shore Sam Mattingly - Magnolia Jacob Hollins - Klein Cain Trey Owens - Cy Fair DJ Lagaway - Willis Ja’Koby Banks- Fort Bend Marshall The Third Coast Gridiron Grind N Shine Player of the Week is Trey Morris III from Cypress Falls High School. Trey is the special guest this week on the show. Morris was a key cog in a 39-36 victory for his team Cy Falls over Langham Creek.
